Returned Lost/Missing Items
When checking in items that have been made lost or missing, please say NO to the message that pops up about wanting to deal with it now. After saying NO and checking in the item, go back into the patron's account and waive the charge for the lost item. Make sure you initial the receipt and state that the item was returned. If you have any questions, please ask.
