If a book says there is a CD inside (CD sticker), please make sure the CD is in there before checking in or out.

Names on Hold Slips

Please watch the names on the hold slips.  We have had different patrons' items accidentally hooked together and it makes it difficult to find these holds.

Check if Items Need to be Renewed

When a patron checks out, please scroll through their items to see if anything needs to be renewed soon.  They might have forgotten about the previous due date.  *Or, ask if they have anything they need to renew.

Holds on Overdue Items

Please don't place holds on long overdue items.  Please check to see if we have other copies in the system to place on hold.

Change Date on Hold Slip

REMEMBER:  It is very important to change the "hold to date" on a hold slip if a patron calls in and you tell them we will hold it an extra day.

Staff Being too Loud

Please remember that our voices carry--there have been some complaints about the library staff being too loud.
